Welcome to ChurchLinks (“ChurchLinks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Description of Service

ChurchLinks is a software platform that allows users, primarily churches and ministries, to create a public page containing links, events, and related content for sharing with members and visitors.

Eligibility

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use ChurchLinks. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. ChurchLinks is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

User Content

You may upload, post, or share content including links, event information, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant ChurchLinks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content through the platform.

You agree not to post or share content that violates any law or regulation, is harmful, abusive, or hateful, or contains spam, scams, or misleading information. ChurchLinks reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

Subscriptions and Payments

ChurchLinks offers a paid subscription plan for fifteen dollars ($15) per month. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within thirty (30) days of a charge. After thirty (30) days, all payments are non-refundable.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or data retention. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Termination

ChurchLinks may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or if your use harms the platform or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ChurchLinks is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations or produce specific results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChurchLinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, or damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChurchLinks from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the service after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
